Etna Village Estates property owners will be members of the Home Owners’ Association where annual dues will provide for snow plowing, road maintenance, bike path maintenance and park space groundskeeping.

Construction of the infrastructure is complete. Each home site will includes SilverStar Communications’ fiber-optic telecommunications and internet access, water from the Etna Water District, and electricity from Lower Valley Energy.
